The band is extremely saddened to say that Lisa Varlese, tenor drummer, passed away on Wednesday May 6, 2020. We want to share our deepest condolences with family and friends. Lisa joined the band in 2015 along with her daughter Grace. She made a huge impact on our ensemble musically but more importantly through her level of kindness and character. She was someone we all found comfort in as a friend. Below are the words and memories shared from band members from our time spent with Lisa.
